The Purpose of the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Software Developer to drive the evolution of Social Nature’s AI-powered platform. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the design and development of cutting-edge campaign management tools, multi-channel marketing integrations, and real-time analytics models. As a key technical leader, you’ll architect scalable, high-performance systems that power personalized user experiences, gamification features, and secure role-based access controls. What You’ll Be Doing

Lead the design and development of AI-powered platforms, including campaign management tools and analytics models.
Oversee the integration of multiple marketing channels into Social Nature’s platform.
Ensure high-performance, scalable architecture supporting real-time data processing and security protocols.
Develop and enhance user engagement features, including personalized gamification systems and social sharing tools.
Implement and maintain analytics frameworks for tracking user behavior and optimizing engagement.
Ensure the platform follows best practices in cloud infrastructure, security, and AI technologies.

What you will need to succeed in this role:

Proven experience in designing scalable systems using cloud-based infrastructure and AI technologies.
Strong knowledge of security protocols and experience with role-based access control (RBAC) and permission management.
Experience in implementing personalized systems and social sharing tools.
Proficiency in service-oriented architecture and high-throughput data processing.
Familiarity with advanced analytics architectural patterns.
