Pay: $70,000 - $90,000 USD

About the Role

Social Nature is looking for a creative, analytical and ambitious Senior Community Growth Manager to scale our B2C brand and audience from 1M to 3M users over the next 3 years.

This is a senior individual contributor role where you will be flexing both your strategic and execution muscles. The Senior Community Growth Manager will lead the execution of our B2C digital marketing strategy and drive consumer user acquisition, retention, and platform audience value.

To date, our community of 1M+ users has grown mostly through organic channels (user referrals, SEO from reviews, social sharing). To accelerate our growth, we need to test and scale new channels like paid, influencer and affiliate channels. We also want to enhance our user referral program with gamification and further SEO optimize our platform.

Since all of our product offers are redeemable at grocery stores, one of your challenges will be acquiring geo-targeted users that align with the distribution of our CPG brand customers and then ensure those users get as many product offers as possible to maximize our LTV.

Responsibilities

  • Execute a comprehensive strategy to grow Social Nature’s B2C audience in targeted geographic regions and around key retailers like Whole Foods and Sprouts in the USA
  • Test and scale additional growth marketing tactics, as we invest in new channels to drive growth
  • Collaborate with the campaign operations and product team to optimize user funnels, conversion rates, and user experience.
  • Measure, analyze, learn, and iterate on campaign tactics, using data to assess success metrics, goal attainment, ROI, and areas for improvement
  • Execute plans for our social media platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest
  • Develop a strong reporting discipline to ensure we are tracking the most important KPIs
  • Use data-driven insights to inform our strategy and continuously improve our community experience
  • Develop integrated campaigns, spearhead brief writing, review and sign-off on all creative assets used in B2C marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with paid ad agencies and growth partners to manage budgets, measure performance, and optimize new user acquisition results

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years experience in B2C audience growth and retention using digital marketing channels
  • Post secondary education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Been accountable to and successful in owning the B2C audience growth for a fast growing online community, e-commerce website or double sided-marketplace
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid, affiliate, influencer, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing and content marketing
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused mindset
  • Strong analytical skills to determine campaign success and market performance
  • Able to work to tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities, and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and pivot accordingly
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Bonus points if have experience in the CPG industry
